To ensure the best possible outcome of any engagement, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about their business, products, and goals
• Supply timely access to advertising accounts, analytics, and creative assets
• Comply with the advertising policies of the platforms used
• Make payments according to the schedule defined in the agreement

05Intellectual property

Materials produced specifically for clients during an engagement are governed by the terms of the corresponding agreement.

06Limitation of liability

Total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
